Breastfeed with confidence

Tereza changed my breastfeeding journey! We delivered in late May 2020 and due to COVID restrictions our hospital stay was very short. I did not get access to the lactation consultant as much as a new mom normally does so when we got home I had a lot more questions. I wasn't sure how to position my baby best for nursing and she was having trouble gaining weight. Tereza came to our house, helped me get her positioned, latched correctly and we did weighted feeds to see how much milk she was transferring. I was exclusively pumping before I saw Tereza and now I am exclusively breastfeeding our baby who is gaining steady weight! Tereza is the best – so nice and personable and will calm all of your worries and fears!

Tereza was so helpful the day after I came home from the hospital with my tong-tied newborn. I messaged her in the morning and she was able to schedule with me later that day. After receiving mixed messages about breastfeed in the hospital, I was so grateful for her calm, understanding, patient, and direct advice and consultation. I don't think I could have done it without her! I felt much more confident after our two appointments. I definitely recommend her for any of your breastfeed questions. Plus, she's able to bill insurance for her appointments, which is a bonus. Five stars!

Tereza is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel comfortable and confident. With my first child I did not have great experiences with lactation consultant’s, as I always felt pressured, but Teresa never made me feel that way and always presented me with the information I needed to make the right decision for me and my baby! Highly recommend!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have Tereza in our lives! I heard so many wonderful stories about her from every mom I knew that breastfed, so I knew I would work with her when the time came. The first time I contacted her, I was in tears and panicking for immediate help and she came to my rescue that evening with a conversation over text and an in-person consultation that next morning. Breastfeeding went from being a scary, overwhelming and painful experience, to a comfortable and joyful experience for us after just one consultation with her. She is always there for me in times of dire need, or if I just have a simple question. I continue to see her regularly to ensure that my little girl is growing well and eating right and to check in on my questions and well-being as well. She is there for us mamas, both as an experienced and respected LC, and as a fellow mom who has a heart for helping! She is a MUST SEE if you are considering breastfeeding or pumping!
