Meet your team
hi, iβm tereza
βI started my career in 2008 as a Pediatric ICU then a Pediatric ER nurse. In 2016, I was inspired to return to school to become a Womenβs Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). In 2017, I passed the rigorous International Board Certification to become a lactation consultant (IBCLC). I have worked as a WHNP in a community clinic helping medically underserved women and in a hospital-owned ObGyn practice caring for women across the lifespan. My passion currently is to dedicate most of my working time to women preparing to and currently nursing their babies.
As a mother of four, including twins, who enjoyed her journey with breastfeeding and motherhood, it is a privilege for me to support other mother's journeys.
It is my honor to help women grow in confidence in their ability to nourish their babies. Breastfeeding is not always easy which is why my goal is to provide encouraging, evidence-based care to breastfeeding women here in the Louisville area.β
Meet Christine!
Christineβs personal experiences with lactation obstacles (tongue tie, food sensitivities, and more) led her passion to becoming an IBCLC. Other than her training as an IBCLC and experience as an RN, she has had extra training in allergies and sensitivities.
Christine believes that every mother & baby dyad can have their own path when it comes to feeding their baby, and she wants to help support them on the way to their own happy, healthy place.
Meet esther!
I am a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. As a prenatal yoga teacher, IBCLC and doula, I have had the privilege of working alongside countless women for over a decade.
My expertise lies in providing holistic care that nurtures both the physical and emotional well-being of expectant and new mothers. Through prenatal yoga, I guide women in connecting with their bodies, building strength and flexibility, and preparing for childbirth. I offer compassionate support and evidence-based guidance to help mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals. And as a doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the perinatal period.
My mission is to empower women to embrace their innate strength and navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood with confidence and grace.
Meet sarah!
Since beginning her nursing career in the NICU in 2014, Sarah has been dedicated to caring for infants and supporting families through some of their most vulnerable moments, all while raising her three children. Her passion for helping mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals grew from her own personal experience breastfeeding her first child, Poppy, who struggled with tongue tie and food allergies. Through those challenges, Sarah discovered the importance of compassionate, evidence-based lactation support and went on to become an IBCLC.
She believes every mother deserves to feel confident, empowered, and supported throughout their breastfeeding and motherhood journey.
